@tmoheet5738 I know I used to own a 400whp rb20 cefiro drift car. My statement still stands, they are ugly compared to a laurel or x80/x90 Toyota's. Build quality wasn't that great but that is standard Nissan of that time. Kind of cool because turbo sedan but the laurel is a much nicer car.

Yeah true , because theres a lot developer is making a drift games more realistic, if they didn't keep up car x will gone soon, specifically sooner there's a lot of drift car games that car x will not see in the map.

@@Dakhowl Car x will deff keep their physics so it will always be a DRIFT game no matter what. meanwhile assetto is everything that has 2 do with cars. so they will keep their status no matter how hard it gets modded wich is perfect imo.

@@Blackwellpuppy damn i dont kno how that would work but if ur using a wheel turn steering assist off. Then turn ur steering angle all the way up, stiffin the front by like 15-20 incriments. Turn caster up and steering offset between 0 & 5(this part is up to you which u like better). This is a basic set up for you to get a feel for it.

the squarish fenders on the Z are the new style Pandem/Rocket Bunny has been going for lately. kind of old school IMSA/DTM style stuff. neat on some cars, less so on others imo

Imo we need to move from unity engine at this point its very much unoptimized and its a no offense kind of outdated old and not good for games like carx we need a optimization or a new engine i feel like thats the biggest thing atm because my gpu can run any other game at 40+ fps but carx i get 25 to 20 fps on all settings and all resolutions its super unoptimized please carx make the game optimized.

I'm interested in how they're gonna add the whole modded map thing to console. Only way I can think of is if they add a custom in-game mod repo for console. The concept isn't unheard of. Snowrunner did it. Bethesda's done it with Skyrim, Fallout, and soon Starfield will have it too. Only issue is this will mean mod authors will have to manually port their map mods to console, but if map mods use the same file type across platforms, then it should just be a simple copy and paste procedure. Nevertheless it will mean we console players won't have quite as many options as PC users, but we'll have it, and it will work, which is good enough for me. Buuut... if theyre really clever, they could find a way to directly interface Steam Workshop on the in-game repo. That way we'd get ALL Steam Workshop mods with no manual porting required. Steam Workshop has an API so its not impossible. They could do it

I'm thinking the maps will be downloaded when you join a server and to reduce disc space, you can always delete those maps in-game as well if needed. Downloaded maps can also be used to create your own servers on console.

@@Goosiest I mean it could work. Only issue is we wouldn't be able to search for individual maps, and if a map doesn't have an open server then we won't be able to get it. It'll work but it'll be a very primitive way of doing that I'd hope they'll change soon
