Time and time again, I find that the best musicians just so happen to be Indigenous. All over the world. They share a long history of music that meant much more than music. It has been a part of their lives for thousands of years. It's in their blood. Just go to a jam night anywhere near an Indigenous population and you'll see what I mean. It's amazing.

This made me think of my Dad when I did a 240k fund raising bike ride for him. I left not knowing if he would have his leg when I returned. I was raising money for Diabetes . This was playing by bag pipers at the top of the most challenging hill climb possible. ( my Dad loved the bag pipes) I lost it big time, had to be lifted of my bike and cried so much. My father his since lost his life to this terrible disease. Thank you so much for making my memory special.
