I practically have this exact same build I made day one only difference is I have a 91 strength and put the weight to 247 and the pass accuracy is a 89 which was enough to get me to an 85 perimeter and 76 agility unlocking on-ball menace silver 79 steal for silver glove and a 64 free throw. I play Rec with my squad normally with a stretch 5 and this build is a lot of fun

Bill wasn’t really undersized. About the same size as bam adebayo. But he was a monster athlete. I made a similar bill Russell build. I just had the passing at like 75 and put more into my dunking so I could get contact dunks since he wouldn’t be able to shoot.

Why 92 strength? Gold Brick Wall is at 91 and HOF box out beast is 89. 92 could come into play at 2nd set of caps if you went interior to 93 but are you planning for 2nd caps already?

Certain ppl not gone make to them second set of caps. I put 95 strength wit 98 O rebound. And use the +1 cap on tht and the +5 on strength for LEGEND box out. Rebound chaser and pogo and brick wall. And I have a 84 block I’ll just +1 paint patroller every season for gold
