@@TheBillOfficial Question, is this channel actually an official Fremantle TV or ITV channel? The majority of other youtube channels with The Bill episodes have had their content removed (copyright strike) in the last month, so I'm pretty annoyed that I can't watch classics from series 4-9 (my favourite series with Burnside in them). :(

It's a common thing on KZbin. People think their logos and subscribe here etc. is more important than screening other people work complete. A bit of an insult in my opinion.

@@MichaelBeenyit's more likely to avoid copyright strikes and increase the chances of the episodes staying up for longer. Theme music is the easiest method of identification.

@newsbender Pretty sure this is the official channel so episodes probably not going to end up getting removed (you'd hope). My guess is that if they play the intro/credits they'd have to have the permission/pay the person who wrote the music

@ anyone can create a channel and say it's official, I see nothing solid that suggests this is really owned by Freemantle. I could be wrong, but they should have the rights to the theme tune as it is part of the show.

I personally like that he is not the stereotypical macho looking detective from US products of the time, it's really much more realistic. It doesn't deprive him of been ultra moody and bossy.

@@Balrog2005 Whilst not knocking his acting skills (he's very good) I think its the age thing that gets me. I never followed The Bill first time out, but did he get replaced by Burneside ? Burneside was more believable... because of the age ??

@@Balrog2005 Search out the pilot episode... First time I saw it was also a week ago. The changes they made between pilot and production is a real good lesson in casting. Overwhelmingly perfect
