The Bill Series 15 Episode 18 Weekends Are for Wimps

Derek cancels his weekend to cover for Jack and Charles. Determined to make it to Stamford Bridge for a game between Chelsea and West Ham, he is furious when he is called in to take a sample for a rape case. To make matters worse, the victim drops the allegation before he arrives. Meanwhile, Vicky and Eddie arrest a drunk driver for assaulting Vicky during a pursuit. As they prepare to bail him, Duncan recognises him as a suspect for a series of armed robberies. Derek tries to get on the case but Duncan calls in Jack, who turns up sick but determined to sit in on the interview.

If you look at 1:05 you will see that they are driving towards and then passed Sun Hill nick on the right

I noticed that, it was quite rare for crime to be seen near or outside sun hill in the 90s.
