I loved watching The Bill, and have been a fan since it aired here in Australia once a week in the 1980s on a Saturday evening. The Bill was televised by the national broadcaster commercial-free, the ABC.

@@flashstudiosguy How procedures should be followed. Cato was right in my eyes for it to go ahead, then stopped if trouble arose as soon as. But a decision by him is final and all blame after that is Operational Commander's responsibility.

Chief Inspector Cato is really a horrible person and it was nice to see Sun Hill unite against one common enemy. The guy is talking about bailing violent criminals, but then suddenly as soon as he realizes it's a politician then suddenly cares.😂

I loved Cato, his part was so brilliantly acted. There were likeable parts about his character in certain episodes (not this one). Great memories.

Yeah, but those walls are basically paper thin. Anybody in those offices can hear exactly what has been said, so of course Brownlow heard about it right next door.

the Skinhead, Derik Crewe (Ralph Ineson), was in 8 Episodes of The Bill. This was his first role in '93, his last in 2009, 'On The Streets' as Greg Simm. Crewe became quite a famous actor, appearing in hits shows like Game of Thrones, among others. (I knew I'd seen him somewhere before😂). And like always, thanks again for your hard work, Jana.👍
