Also, Bumbo single-handedly killed Hush faster than a character with Brimstone-Mom's Knife-Polyphemus. That's how bullshit that fight is.

Unicorn Horn lasted forever because of your trinket; Second Hand. It extends the duration of all temporary effects, including invincibility frames after getting hit. If you pair it with Mom's box (which doubles effectiveness of Trinkets) you can actually stay invincible long enough to trigger the blood bank twice on half a heart. Also, amazing run, I'm definitely on team Bumbo now

I really can't blame you for beating Hush this way. Hush is a bullshit boss. My very own Hush run as The Lost... well, I did not have Gnawed Leaf... what I did have was Mask of Infamy + Halo Of Flies + Sac. Dagger + 9 lives + Guppy's collar + Holy Mantle. Dodging some of his shots (the purple blinking ones) is absolutely impossible, but it is possible to get a lot of defensive items, put the fear aside, find a spot that looks kinda safe, stay motionless, fire non-stop and *pray*. On my second life, it worked.

athame= pretty sweet black ring of death and black heart when you take damage. worthless as the lost, sweet on a tank, I feel. serpent's kiss= everything poison. poison touch, poison tears, and also poisoned enemies drop a "sin" black heart (I'm assuming just a black heart, but idk). more useful on someone who can afford to take damage. the toxic shock (mass poison item) might actually be better than, say, death's touch in first item room... Ryan never gets to gauge it, but it gives *double your tear damage* to every enemy in every room, plus a creep pool where enemies died... it's a very trap-oriented item, but also does werk on enemies ambiently for the first few floors till you get powerful. may just be insane insta-wins with high tear damage, like with some poly-prop-god-stone-knife-fetus damage.

I just fought Hush as Lost, and I also had Chaos Card. But, like a complete idiot, I accidently threw it into the wall instead of Hush... the most surprising thing, though, was that I still won naturally, even if not at the first attempt (I had 9 lives). Certainly didn't expect that to happen, but it was wonderful :D

My first run the other day was pretty much like, get chocolate milk on first item room, promptly get massacred by Larry Fucking Jr. Then I discovered the wonders of the Eternal Edition Hard mode and somehow ended up becoming guppy with parasite quad shot sacred heart and proceeded to kill eternal satan. Still, classic isaac is still like 10 times harder than Rebirth/Afterbirth, if not because of the faster enemies and their bigger shot speed and range, then because of how bad the old game runs most of the time.

I'm pretty much just watching through this series for the new things to unlock. Northernlion has already started playing Afterbirth+ and Antibirth. But even on Rebirth, I only watched until Northernlion unlocked everything. He got it all around ep 100 except for one or two things but I just skipped forward 50 to 100 episodes to find out which one he unlocked it on and found it easily. Now he has to go on a *Mega-Satan Annihilation Spree* to finish the game.

idea: gold fire it has a price guage under it, like in shops. If you shoot it 4 times, it will cost whatever the gauge is in order to finish it off. Good chance of dropping something golden. idea: black fire It can only be put out by running into it. It has a good chance of dropping a black heart. idea: grey fire It will put itself out and drop nothing if you clear the room it is in. It has a good chance of dropping a bomb, or just exploding. idea: soul poop Its chance of dropping a soul heart is equivalent to the chance of a deal with the devil being an angel room instead. idea: white fire You need to blow it up to put it out, and it fires penny tears at the player, which always drop a penny. It will usually contain a key, sometimes a golden key, rarely a skeleton key. idea: fart chest it can be pushed through rooms. it will unload its contents as soon as you push it into a poop.

I wish I used this strategy when I beat hush. I got originally just wanted to do mega laser just to use it on the hush. However, since it didn't want to give me my key piece, I was forced. I had decent damage with fruit cake, the end result was too much stress for 3AM.
