I f'ing hate rooms like that and wish they were removed from the game. I on't mind dieing if hit by an enemy but working really hard on a run to only die from a trap room (not a challenge room, but a room with spikes and buttons) is a true piss off.

Deals with the Devil suck as keeper, because you can only acquiesce 1 heart items and then you are fuckethed. Selfsac rooms as keeper are easy to play and give you tons of free pickups and angel items (including Habit)

Trust me, NL, we're saying a LOT of things, but none of them is "stop using the self sacrifice room as the keeper." The self sacrifice room as the keeper is an amazing way to gain easy angel items.

You should indeed always go to the shop as Keeper. There's a pretty decent chance you get a Lucky Shop and get to go to 0 luck on the first floor instead of -2, so it's always worth peeping it.

Antigravity isn't a tears up it's a tear delay down, it will always reduce tears by 2 but that also pushes the tear cap down by 2.

Finally he realised that self sacrifice room is very useful. He still thinks it is stupid, but at least he use them. But he forgot about shop key, about swallowed penny (he doesn't blow pots, literally wasting bombs on nothing), and permanent hp upgrade from str card. Well, I guess, he can't hold all the things in his head. Something needs to be taken out. Imagine one day he forget how to move, and would just stand and shoot in all directions, than say this game has broken and video is over.

the goat head play doesnt prove that. you can play as anyone and use strength for a second heart to take a deal devil. but he would have had the chance to learn the power of strength as keeper if he didnt get that annoying health upgrade at 37:00
