Not the character editor but the racing+ mod is what make D6 as default item for everyone else (Maggie/Appolyon too got their original item replaced) It also display how many frames (so time) spend on each character and the flagpole before each loop There's different set of rules too included like R7(S6) which translate to "7 character race on set 6 of rules" Now you know why this WR category is R15 vanilla

All speedrunners use the Racing+ mod, which gives every character the D6 (among other quality-of-life changes). This season, confusingly titled "vanilla", makes no changes to the game aside from what is already in the mod, whereas the other seasons do; for example, in Season 1, Keeper starts with 50 cents, Greed's Gullet, and Duality, along with the D6.

Yo couple of questions, did the guy really get banned or was that a joke? Why didn't you pick up sacred heart and the crown? Was it because you didn't need more damage and you didn't want more tear delay?

I don't remember if someone got banned, maybe :P. If you're talking about the ipecac run, the multipliers from sacred heart and crown do not work with the +40 you get from ipecac, so rolling for something like mapping is much better. Also you are correct, sacred heart is a tears down which would be detrimental to the run

It doesn't increase damage, and the hitbox is small and very annoying sometimes. You get piercing but idk I prefer normal tears most of the time.
