gwen is one of the, if not the, first choice of direk lauren to be a part of this project. she even quit before but they let her come back because they know what a gem she is. an injury that is not even her fault would not be enough to cut her because they know she’s too precious and this group needs her

Visual is the face of the group like if you see Aiah "oh yeah this is Bini" and most Visuals go to variety shows more often not really but most of the time they were the one who will get send to these shows

You can check "One Dream: BINI - BGYO Journey" series. These videos show the process on how the groups BINI and BGYO (their brother group) were formed. Ironically, I can't see the Episode 1 in their playlist.

You can also check Star Hunt Academy. It's a series of 10-15min videos starting from bootcamp. However, you'll only see Colet, Maloi, Stacey, Jhoanna and Mikha in earlier episodes as Sheena will only join after her PBB (Pinoy Big Brother) stint. Also with Gwen after her PBB but shed backed out for weeks but ultimately changed her mind and returned. Aiah, per the video above, only joined months later, when they were extremely thinned down.
