I actually wrote this poem an hour before I listened to this. As I sit,silently and listen; I realize,I'm on a mission. A mission of Love,here on the earth; preparing for the spiritual rebirth. We've all been through the labor pains; of lightening, thunder and blinding rain. Rushing here rushing there; never getting anywhere. Up's and downs, laughs and frowns; round and round on the Merry go round. Never really sitting back; to realize we're under attack. We've been dumbed down by the powers that be; suppressed in a world of absurdity. Locked in life of slavery. The love of money, lust and greed;has caused our spirits to recede. Take some time to renew your mind! When you seek truth; your true self you'll find. We are all God's, creators of stars; as Jesus is,so we are! As Jesus was on a mission of Love; He commissioned us, to rise above! We are creators; become wise! Love is the power that makes us thrive! Love is what it means,to be alive! Jesus came to give us peace! His peace and Love will never cease! Let this be your life story; Christ in me, my hope of of Glory!

While concentrating on the Love of God for 10 minutes, every breath in I said in my mind, God Loves me, breath out, I love God. While doing this for 10 minutes, I saw breathing in and out was like being in an echo chamber of the Most Holy Love of God. Live giving gift of God t the body of Christ.

But the greatest of these is *love.* Wow ❤️👏🏾. Science tends to always confirm just how literal the meaning of the scriptures are. The mystery is seems to be the revelation of what is hidden in plain sight. What God has already told us but we just didn't get it because it seemed too simple to be powerful. And we miss the hidden mystery until God kindly enlighten us through His Spirit and the faithful ones such as yourselves. God so bless you both. God is great and greatly to be praised. I thought she says, renewed, Margie. Or she made an error because she was also on about the veil being removed i.e. obscurity etc. Nothing could ever be done without the Holy Spirit's involvement anyway and Liz knows that.

This interview really confirms what I have been experiencing all along! Actually if we practice this before we read and meditate on the word of God this actually enriches our time in the word as well! When I read the word after taking time being still before the Lord and dropping down within into my heart which the Bible calls the belly, the word comes alive and I feel as though I am drinking in the word! I begin to experience the word!😄 Suddenly it is as though the word of God becomes a living voice

Beautiful just simply deep breathing and turn our attention onto Jesus opens the heart...turning our attention onto the Lord...slowing down and becoming God Conscious...deep breathing moves us into resting and brings us to this very moment ... I hope that helps

Oh, oh, oh, I have a scripture which I read this morning, and which confirms this. Romans 8: 10 & 11. (Read it, it's amazing). Even though our body is subject to death....the Spirit gives life. God gives life to our mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in us. I found this to be amazing. Then I watched this!
