The Biodiversity Gain Sites Register

Under England’s mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain, the ‘Biodiversity Gain Site Register’ is a public register that can be used to check where offsite biodiversity gain sites are, and what habitats are to be created or enhanced. It can also be used to check what type, and how many, off-site biodiversity unit generation will be allocated to a particular development.
