Traits were one of my favorite additions to this game. I loved the flavor they added to the characters I'd play.

I love the idea of them and would have played with them more if I was more confident in my gaming ability! I think I'm too unskilled to compensate for the negatives for them, at least for this first playthrough

At one point during the character creator, while you were deciding hair, you came closer to making Carrie Fisher than I thought possible with this engine. Keep at the game, it's terrific as everyone will tell you and your decisions have some good weight.

Skill magazines are temporary. Any skill books you find will be permanent, increasing the associated skill by 3, 4 if you take the perk that increases it

No fallout 3?
@GrayGirlGames10 ай бұрын
I will! I was just recommended to play 1, 2, and New Vegas first because I guess they act like a trilogy? But I'll play 3 after!

@@GrayGirlGames I can see that, just wondered because some people think it’s trash.

@@HighRatKingBenis oh really? That was the only one I played before starting them from the beginning here on the channel. I liked it! Looking forward to replaying it~

@@GrayGirlGames Fallout 1 and 2 were developed by Interplay. Great games for the time, but the studio eventually split up with some of the original Devs either creating or moving to Obsidian. Bethesda bought the Fallout ip creating Fallout 3 in their own image of sorts. Not long after, though, Bethesda allowed Obsidian to develop Fallout New Vegas. Thus New Vegas feels much more like the original games in its story telling and decision making. Unfortunately, it didn't get much polish in it's 18 month development time since Bethesda didn't want competition with Skyrim. I'm always happy to see more people enjoying the Fallout series, so good luck in your adventures!

@@gage3833 oooh that makes so much sense!! yeah, this series is an absolute blast! even if it's not polished, New Vegas has been great, and I'm glad some of the OG team was able to continue their franchise
