2 tbsp of oil
2 eggs yolk
pinch of salt
8 g of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp of corn starch
2 g of baking powder
300 g of flour
10 minutes in freezer
bake at 160° for 15 minutes
grated coconut
strawberry jam

Hallo 🙋 das sind sehr leckere Kekse.Ich würde aber den Keks,der mit Marmelade bestrichen wird, umdrehen und die glatte Seite bestreichen.Das mit dem Gabelmuster ist toll,das sieht immer gleich viel schöner aus 👍. Придавать форму и украшать занимает больше времени, чем замес теста и сама выпечка вместе взятые! И в конечном результате печенье получается балки, сильно большое и толстое! Но тесто, по составу ингредиентов , должно быть хорошее, песочное и рассыпчатое! Попробую испечь сегодня; только возьму формочки попроще/ с ровными краями, тогда можно будет просто слегка окунуть в джем/ варенье, еле дотрагиваясь краями без кисточки, и обмакивать в кокосовой муке/ стружке. Спасибо большое за рецепт! Всем хорошего настроения и крепкого здоровья!
