No pretense here and little irony... just a very professional, but profound psychedelic aural journey. Alex Maas' voice is at once effortless in agony, melting into intonations of dark monotone. Of course he's channeling Morrison but then evolved from decades of underground expression. I really love this band because of the shadowed places I can travel to within the confines of headphones.

I hoped for more, maybe too much more. Overall and sadly to me, these songs are uniformly ordinary and uninspiring. 😢
