Yeah, it's easy to not care on the road, since unhealthy food is always so convenient. One quick thing I wanted to point out, it's very rare that a band's record label would give a band (or individual members) a per diem on tour. A band's per diem is typically determined by how much money is included for a food "buy-out" from the venue they're playing. If the band is getting catering at the show from the venue, then a per diem would be determined internally by the band using a portion of their guarantee.

Looks friggin' delicious! I'm sure every band dreams of a tour cook like this. Tip: don't put your raw meat on the same cutting board as your cooked meat. And let your meat rest for a short while before cutting. It'll keep the juices in.
