I actually learned most of this one by ear in dropped C tuning in 2006 or 07 before they had good tabs for it. I usually alternate pick the intro riff but decided to down pick it while recording cause it sounded better to me.

Yes 13 is a little thick but I don't mind it. I normally use 11's for this tuning but when I was changing strings I only had a pack of 13's with the wound 3rd.
