Fantastic audio and video of still shots! I had no idea my uncle even played with Johnny Cash. Couldn’t tell with 100% certainty but I’m pretty sure that is my Uncle Vern on bass with Mr. Cash. Vern Orr played bass, piano, violin on the Black Jack Wayne and the Hoffman Hayride Shows. His little sister (by about 20 years) is my mom and shes about ready to turn 92! More audio and detail info are on Country Music Hall of Fame archives website . KTVU-TV (Oakland, Calif.) should have all video/audio of BJW shows? Thanks so much!

Wow this is amazing. I've only heard "What Do I Care" live on the Johnny Cash show. That's one of those lesser known songs that I love. I've always wanted to hear a live version closer to when it came out. Same with "All Over Again". I think I've seen that live at THP and the Johnny Cash show again but that's it. This is the kind of stuff I love to see from your channel. I don't think I'd ever hear/see this kind of stuff if it weren't for you and your channel. Please keep it up!

The 2 pictures shown between 600 and 900 were taken at the 23 Club in Brisbane CA; likely in the spring of 1958. Can't help you on the pic with Jack.
