Now, this may be a new concept to you, but have you considered that they just wanted to make their own furioso animation instead of copying the one from ruina? Like I'm the #1 sakura stand hater but god damn you guys are just fucking stupid, just cause they take a few creative liberties in the design doesn't automatically mean they haven't played the source material. Plus their furioso anim is just arguably better than all the other games with the references to the card arts and fluidity.

actually, in peroxide, before obtaining your fullbring (a power for the fullbringer class), you can see which fullbring you have by having an accessory on you. so if you have kether (black silence obviously), you will have the gloves :D

Peroxide also has the Black Silence Gloves, but I don't want to spoil the Bleach lore about how fullbringing works. Before you can use your Black Silence abilities there, you must use the soul of the gloves itself to become a manifestation of your weapon

roland in sakura stand is way more complex, he has 3 more moves, each locked by the 3rd or 4th phase of his (unlocked by hitting a lot of times), you know you have gotten to another phase by the random text bubble above your head or by checking your damage multiplier, there are a total of 5 phases, his 3rd phase changes his zelkova workshop and his 4th phase changes mook workshop and crystal atelier.
