(Posting from the States) We've stayed at the Black Swan several times over the last eight years or so, as recently as June of this year. Wonderful property, great staff. Our go-to accommodation when we're in York. We've never been bothered by any activity there ourselves, but the staff have shared some pretty wild stories . It was a treat to see the Swan again, a very special place for us. The pub cat's name is Salem, by the way. Good job, fellows. Cheers from Colorado, USA.

So happy to see you guys back. First of all, as someone who is dying to go to York, I’m really happy that you made a brief general presentation of York, allowing us to see a few scenic places and buildings. Every time you film in York, I get almost as excited as Ben; always love having a glimpse of the Shambles. Secondly, the episode was superbly directed; you guys are getting better and better. Thirdly, I lost my sh*t when the cat appeared spookily behind on the video, took me ages to realise it was not a ghostly activity; that was fun!

I’m staying in the Turpin room which the receptionist said is the room paranormal investigators go to. were i live in wilts my home ive captured many spirit photos here of monks and many other things had home blessed by catholic church my doll was filmed live on tik tok a spirit was captued manifesting the dolls face there was a spirit i aught black mass but of a man dressed like a highway man god bless

I normally find ghost investigations one big yawn (unless I am one of the investigators). But this video is different because of the mix of the ghost story narration by Mr. Graham at the Black Swan Inn - putting the ghost hunt in context - from his story of the hauntings, suddenly we have a reason to sit through a haunting investigation because we, too want to know about the man by the fireplace and the lonely woman with long hair. A great combination - a storyteller, followed by a ghost hunt. Really great!
