You’ve got a great voice! God Bless. The harmonies you do seem to come natural for you. It will be hard to put these ideas into practice though with our worship teams not being together still for over 8 months because of Covid precautions and guidelines..

Hey Harry! So sorry to hear that this season has been tough on your team. Praying for you guys! But a little encouragement (hopefully), our team doesn't ever actually practice outside of the weekend, we only do a brief runthrough right before service each day. Now this comes with a lot of pre-prep and giving them all the resources they could possibly need to prepare (which is actually why I started this channel!), but we've kind of just created a "prepare on your own" culture, while trying to still train and develop those who need extra help. With that said, we also had a significant break during this year, and the best advice I can give is to encourage your team to not waste this season! Empower them to learn a new skill, like harmonies, like the basics of an instrument, some intro to music theory (which I have on this page also if it's helpful!). All that to say, even with some time apart, individual development is so valuable, so I'd like to encourage you, and then hopefully you to encourage your team to still use this time to practice on your own. I truly believe that harmonies, even if not coming naturally to them, can be learned through lots of practice! Hopefully my videos can help with that 😊 God bless, and praying that you're able to be back together again soon!

Would you think that doing this song with a very small team, one male vocalist/guitar, one female vocalist, a piano and a cajón, be super difficult to pull off? I feel like you need more vocalists to keep that melody strong. But I’m not a trained vocalist and have just been helping with worship at our church and have been teaching myself so was just curious!

Not at all hard to pull off! We have a chapel service mid week for our staff where our team only consists of 2 people and we do this song acoustically! Just have both parts and you'll be fine.
