You know what’s crazy. I came here because eating chicken makes me feel disgusting, but all weight loss experts say to eat chicken. When I eat steak I feel strong, and energetic as hell.

This! Only thinking about ice cream makes my belly grow 😅 So sad, even vegan ice cream... Always thought it was the lactose. Always felt kinda stuff after peanuts and also vomit once after eating food with peanuts... I like them but something says they are not good for me.

I am be positive. And this list sounds so ridiculous but I’m going to try it for one month to see if I feel a difference in the way that I feel. Some of the things that I thought that I could not live without would be olive oil peanutsand dairy specifically yogurt. All this diet my sources of protein are limited to just turkey, soy products and beef and lamb three of which I cannot stand.

Yogurt is listed in many sources as perfectly fine with B+ blood type. No soy but eggs are fine.

I never really cared for chicken but i have started to really love it. I make chicken bone broth in a crockpot with turmeric, garlic, leeks, carrots, and onions and it can be used in all types of cooking with meat and soups. I like fried chicken and i like baked chicken seasoned with turmeric and herbs. So i have grown to love chicken. I hate that it's bad for my b+ blood type. What should i do about this? Chicken is cheap too.

I read up about it and b+ types can eat deep sea fish salmon trout halibut cod etc but should avoid any shellfish such as shrimp lobster crab clams mussels etc . Hope this helps

B- here and my gut definitely talks to me... I must have cereals and grains, meats and fish and milk and cheese. Boiled Eggs are my favorite breakfast. I love lime water, lemon & ginger water and all teas! I would probably drink grass too🤣

I'm 45 years old and with time I have eliminated almost everything in your list, just by the way I feel after I eat them or by bloating, gas, itchy and rashes iny skin, or just plain nausea. I still eat some chicken not much, rarely corn and avocado. Wow great job Thank you

I am Type O+, formerly a vegetarian-turned-pescatarian who was getting sicker and sicker. I made a radical change and started eating for my blood type. That change has transformed my health and my life! It was like a miracle, and the results were very rapid (overnight to one week, depending on the issue I was having.) My daughter-in-law is Blood Type B, and I'm gifting her the book for her type. She has some persistent digestive issues.

I happen to just read the food list and I am sad that peanut is on the avoid list. I love peanut butter but I can live without it. The part about chicken was just as devastating. Black beans? Yay to cottage cheese! I need to adjust and not waste food before I start. I had no idea that this existed. Reading this book was eye awakening. Thank you Sir.

I was a pescatarian with Blood Type O+, and about 95% of what I was pouring into my body was on the "Avoid" list. I turned on a dime and gave it ALL up, literally in one day. It was completely worth it!! The only things I miss even a tiny bit are cinnamon and black pepper - but I'll survive and thrive without them! I'm now 70 and was feeling very old and ill. I now feel 55-60 again.

It's important to address secretors and non-secretors. I'm Blood Type B and a non-secretor, which means it's ok for me to have pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and tomatoes. However a Blood Type B secretor cannot have pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and tomatoes. Dr. Peter D'Adamo addresses this. He also says Blood Type B cannot consume nuts freely because it causes allergic type reactions, fatigue for us. We should only consume 6-8 nuts, 3xs a week.
