Wisconsin's hard rock sensation, THE ALMAS, has unleashed their latest single, "Lifeline," to the world through Wake Up! Music Rocks,and The Bloody Legends were there to talk with them about all things The Almas.
Helmed by Kile Odell, who lends his expertise as producer, mixer, and mastering engineer, "Lifeline" achieves a pristine sonic quality that sets it apart in the contemporary rock landscape.
“It’s a banger! Sick riffs and awesome licks. ‘Lifeline’ was the first song written in the studio to start us in our new Era. This is the song we’ve been waiting this entire release cycle for," says Frank when talking about the single.
The band's vocalist Crystal adds, “Our most explosive video yet! “Lifeline” is everything we dreamed it would be. We are strong advocates for mental health awareness, as well as supporting our veterans through Rock 2 Stop 22, so we wanted this song and music video to reflect that support. The camera work alone by Austin, mixed with Spencer’s creative eye for VFX and editing came together perfectly to execute this vision.”

Through guitar driven licks, road dog attitudes, and a high energy, professional live performance, The Almas showcase the truest essence of Rock n' Roll with a modern twist! After working with Kile Odell [#1 Active Rock charting producer], The Almas are able to bring their vision to life on their newest EP The Almas II. The first single "Cage" off the EP took to radio in February 2023 and swiftly shot into the Top 10 on the Mainstream/Active Rock Radio SMR charts, with their next radio release of "Crowns" following suit into the #18 spot.
In 2023 alone, the band covered over 40,000 miles across the United States and just over 120 shows.
“The existence of this band has always been about helping each other” Frank explains, “whether it’s through inspiration, a positive message, or simply creating a fun, entertaining environment where people can get away from life’s problems.”
Since forming in 2016, the band has released a self-titled EP and two full length albums Back To Bad and Truth Sells. In promotion of their new music, the band has been able to perform with artists such as Saliva, Slipknot, Ice Nine Kills, Falling In Reverse, Buckcherry, Royal Bliss, Saving Abel, Eva Under Fire, and tour with Smile Empty Soul.
The Almas are well known for their undying commitment to mental health awareness, including their support of numerous Veteran events, specifically Rock2Stop22.
