This is just context for Kakucho’s eye that’s never expended on so it’s not really a spoiler, but I’ll put some space in case no one wants to read… Kakucho doesn’t really appear to have much issue with his vision in his left eye despite its appearance. If you look at some of the frames where Kakucho has his head turned, he would only be looking with his left eye but can perceivably see with it. Most of the fandom just believes it’s just damage from cataracts.
