You know there was a time when Hope called Ridge dad. He was the only father she ever knew and now he treats her the way Stephanie treated Brooke, raising Steffy on a pedestal because she’s his blood. Hope wasn't fired because her line was failing. She was fired because Steffy thought she seduced Finn. Granted, she should've told the truth but she knew Steffy would give Carter a hard time about it. The story about Hope using Thomas is so incorrect, yet you still continue to imply it. Hope rejected Thomas's proposals only because she wasn't ready for marriage. You imply that she was playing with him, which wasn't the case at all. She forewarned him numerous times and right from the start, that she wasn't ready to remarry at that time. She told him he could leave the relationship as well, but he continued to stay in it. She still wanted to be with him and loved him, but they both became so involved with each other, that no one blames Thomas for continuing to stay, or for continuing to propose to her, when she asked for time. They just want all the blame to continue going to Hope. She was deeply hurt by Thomas leaving so abruptly and also for losing Douglas at the same time. Steffy's input and interference is never questioned. Steffy was cruel towards Hope. She had no business interfering, and Thomas should not have listened to his sister.
