@sandra l Rick really wanted to be with her, not the other way around. He also told her several times that he wasn't anymore with Phoebe before her departure. Still, it wasn't her best performance, no question. But Brooke definitely has the crown on missteps, especially when it comes to her own children. I also believe that she made the biggest blame for herself when she drove the car drunken. It was not an intention. It's not an excuse, but people make mistakes in their lives. In any case, she is neither underhanded nor malicious. I'm not so sure about that at Brooke.

@sandra l Everyone can like the role as they want. Everyone has different motivations. Brooke can also be very family-conscious and I admire how she fights for her children or for what she thinks is right. Nevertheless, I often see envy, falseness and underhandedness in her. She transferred that to Hope too. In addition it happens again and agian that she blames others for what she done before severel times. Only then, she doesn't see it anymore. That's hypocritical That's why I just don't like her. But everyone makes the choice for himself. There are many here who put a halo on Brooke. And in my eyes she is not - a saint really is not.

@Sara Zimmermann It's possible that she wasn't really in love. But she was also in an exceptional situation. Brooke made her life to hell at that time. She was completely alone. I think she might be reaching for a lifeline and Rick has done her really good during this time and has been very supportive. She may have confused this with feelings of love.
