I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, and I have great admiration for Anup Soni but I could constantly feel a very subtle, veiled bitterness throughout. Bitterness that reflects in an expression of justifying every statement. Be it how TV happened, be it landing or not landing a role, his own journey, there is a subtle sense of justifying every anecdote. His personal feeling of 'how big it could have been' is peeking often in his expressions. There's no doubt he's at a great place with all that he's done, but somewhere he feels he could have been more.
