No one taught the Word like Mr. Missler did. He is the ONLY teacher. I wish I was good at putting thoughts into words. He was the only one who read the text and teach what it said. Not like most preachers today who teach all the heady, philosophical meaning.

Those who will be left behind in the rapture are "christians" who boost in how much they love the Lord and think its all about what they DO for the Lord! Those who will be raptured are those who are amazed how much Jesus love them even they never really see them selves as good. But they have a revelation of the Grace of God saves the worse of us. They focus in what Jesus has DONE for them - not trusting what they do for the Lord. They believe the word of Jesus: ITS FINISHED!!! @@gre8132 It means - the rapture will happand when Antichrist is revealed. The day of the Lord = The grate tribulation. For those who are left behind. Read 1.Tess. 4:13-18. Rapture is the gethering with Christ in the air/cloudes. From that time on we will ALWAYS BE WITH Christ. = We will returne with him riding on white horses. Rev. 19:14. Angels are not clothed in fine linen - only the redeemed. They are "white and clean"! Why? Because they (the redeemed) are cleansed by the blood of the Lam!!!

It would be ludicrous to think that God would go back on his promise to Israel and yet feel confident in the promise made to us, the gentiles. So many people I know actually believe this. The Lord has set before each of us a unique path, and He works on each of us personally and in His own way. Also, Christ sets up His Kingdom in Jerusalem. If He were finished with His people, He has the whole earth in which to choose a place for His Kingdom and yet it's Jerusalem.

I was going through the scriptures and noticed what Jesus said to the Jews Mat_21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a NATION bringing forth the fruits thereof. Then I noticed that Peter wrote to Christians. 1Pe_2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an HOLY NATION, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Does this mean that the nation Peter was referring to is the same nation Jesus was talking about in Matthew 21:43?

So many people like the Book of Revelation because of the vengeance of the Lord upon the Earth, non believers and most of all SATAN. When Christians should know that only the first 4 verses pertains to the churches. After that we will be with Jesus in Heaven. God is not threatening, He is Love. I’m so confused. How are there letters to 7 churches? I thought people just met in homes not physical buildings?

The message was spread that way. But naturally, once the message was recieved, believers want to know more and come together with other believers. So they had a place of gathering. Like synagogues. When people say church nowdays they usually mean the building, but they should really call it the synagogue and not the church. The church are the people. Synagogue comes from Greek. I'm not really fluent but it's something like Syno=dirt and Gouge=gather and means something like "the dirt where we gather" or the place where we gather. These older "churches" weren't necessarily a building with a roof like we know now, but just a certain "arena" or spot where believers tended to gather together. The jews already had followed that concept before Jesus came, so when they recieved christ they also naturally did what they always did, but now gathered as Christians instead of just traditional. Not to mention the opposition the church faced then in both Jewish and gentile circles, it behooved them to stick together when meeting or speaking about these things. At the time of these writings, the message had already started spreading for a few decades so the congregation had started to gather. When it says "Church of Philadelphia" read it as "Congregation of Philadelphia".

Revelation 1 vs 5/6 identity us as kings and priest with Christ !! And in revelation chapter 5 vs 8 we are represented by the 24 elders singing the song. You will see we are number by verse thousands upon thousands singing his song.

This doesn’t make sense, 2 Thes 1:3 tells us that we won’t be gathered to Jesus (raptured) until the anti/Christ is revealed, let no one fool you? Also Gods Wrath doesn’t commence until Rev 6:17 which means that the first 6 seals are not Gods Wrath.

It doesn't say that. It's saying let no one fool you into believing that Jesus has already come. What is he coming to do? To take his claim on the earth and reign as king. Jesus doesn't "come" during the rapture, we are snatched up to him in the sky. It is not yet time for him to reign. The 24 elders in the Revelation are those redeemed by his blood out of every kindred, tongue, people, and nation. That passage speaks of the "tribulation saints", with the elders explaining who they are as they arrive to the throne. The elders are already there, they are the ones who were with him or raptured before the man of perdition is revealed and tribulation begins. This is why they are elders, as opposed to the tribulation saints who have newly arrived. When Jesus does come, he comes with "ten thousands of his saints". Those before the tribulation and who were raptured are already with him when he arrives.

The Gospel: Plain and Simple “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3 Ask someone today if they are saved and you will most likely hear responses like these: “I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually knows the gospel that saves them. These use￾less phrases don’t describe a thing about what the gospel is and has left a devastating effect of people not knowing what it is that they are saved from nor how they are saved; which leaves a more serious effect of people ques￾tioning their salvation. Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salva￾tion that is in Christ with vague church sounding phrases that do not communicate anything. But rather present God’s word with clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel: plain and simple. Sin was passed upon all men by one man Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin (Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good works one might do we are still found sinners in the sight of our Creator God. And all un￾righteousness and those who follow get in￾dignation and wrath. We cannot be found righteous for by God’s law we are found sin￾ners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even one law we are found guilty. It is for this reason of not being able to create our own righteousness and being born in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus 3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross 2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath and judgement that was intended for us sin￾ners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial, and resurrection on our behalf that we are able to have peace with God and forgiveness of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good news is unto all but only those that believe in it are made righteous in Christ (Romans 3:22). It is then after we have heard this good news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit and we are now part of Christ’s body the church (Eph 1:13) There is nothing that we need to do, no good works that are required, and no bad works that can separate us from our new po￾sition in Christ (Romans 8:35-39). Faith and belief in this information from God’s word is the gospel. The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your heart. The gospel is not making him lord of your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not being baptized with water. So next time someone asks you if you are saved.
