This is one of the best or maybe the best teaching I have ever heard! If this doesn't propell God's people to the fear of the Lord, sanctification, and deep prayer and concern for the lost, nothing will. I value your ministry and teachings. They are so scripturally sound. I have gone back and forth on the rapture teaching for years. One day I decided to take the second coming scriptures and study them without preconceived ideas from any human being. After much study, I felt very convinced that there was not a pre tribulation rapture. A couple days later, you're teaching on the second coming, The resurrection and the rapture came up on facebook. I went wow thank you Lord. It confirmed everything I felt Holy Spirit had just taught me. I felt so blessed. Thank you. I am going to go through every one of the studies and print off all the information. I am so concerned for my family and others in this day and hour. I pray your wife will be healed in the coming time of revival.

I wanted to say that I like very much what you wrote. I am so pleased that God spoke to you & brought you here. Someone gave me Joel's name in a comment on u tube only about 4 weeks ago so I was sent here too. I did believe in the post trib rapture naturally without much thought but had been to sent to many channels where they believed in various interpretations of pre-wrath rapture & what would happen & when & sent to one which I soon discovered believed in a pre-trib rapture. These were what many would regard as very highly regarded teachers of the Bible but I gradually one by one left listening to them all. This is what sits most comfortably with me inwardly, mentally & Biblically. God Bless you & your family. Maranatha 💟✝️🛐💜

Brother Joel, I'm 75 this year, met Holy Spirit in January '68 in a house church in Abilene TX. Went to "Cemetery" at Perkins (SMU= Methodist) did a Jonah from there for ~20 years, finally answered the call to pastoral ministry in 1993. Served in 4 different denominations, 6-7 non- denominational churches and I don't believe I spoke even once on Hell or the Fear of the Lord. I definitely repent of that now, and REALLY appreciate the teaching that you and Dalton do!! THANK YOU!! FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH!!

I really appreciate you saying this, Michael. I grew up under the Boomer Christianity of the 90s so, I remember what the world was like back then and I can tell you as a Kansas City kid that you weren't alone. I'm really enjoying seeing some US Believers rediscovering our 1st and 2nd century roots. Dalton's book "Unto Death" was a game-changer for me - I highly recommend it if you haven't read it yet.

We go to a non-denominational church. The Pastors and people that run the church are amazing people. They do wonderful things for the community and commit much of their time and efforts to help others no matter who they are. The fellowships my wife and I have gained are a gift from God really. The Bible studies have great discussions and have been very educational, Biblical speaking. However, they have yet to give a sermon about the end times, in fact, it's not even talked about at the church. I anonymously asked Lead Pastor thru email if Revelations would ever be a subject for a sermon or a series of sermons. He said that he was putting something together, but that was a year ago, and still nothing.

Your personal stories touched me deeply, thank you for sharing. Not exactly sure why I wanna share this here, but...here goes anyway.....I fell in love with that baby in the manger and when I learned he was the one on the cross, I believe I was saved. I was very young, 6 or maybe 7. I instantly became an enemy in my family, I was born into a deeply Masonic family. My life was spent seeking answers and living with a hodgepodge spirituality that's truly cringeworthy to me now. I was discouraged from even trying to understand the Bible, though I did try. I sought to understand God in a multiplicity of unbiblical ways. I believe I wasn't ever possessed, but I was so demonically oppressed, I doubt none but God could have seen the difference. Christ delivered me at 55. I ended up going no contact with everyone I ever knew. I made changes I could never have made due to the fear, but with God, I never felt safer. I didn't think it was possible to change so much, so quickly. It's difficult to start all over. I'd been gaslit all my life and no longer believed my lying eyes, ears, thoughts or beliefs. On the other hand, starting from that point has also been an incredible gift. When I realized I didn't know what the truth was, I did know WHERE the truth was...as soon as I realized it was the actual, True Jesus from the Bible that delivered me. It took me MONTHS to figure that out. Soon as I did, the face plant came next, rugburns included, thank you :) lol. Ever since, I've studied the Bible like I would if I were cramming for a final. And I am. God bless and thank you for being one of the voices of truth I can compare to Scripture and add to my understanding. There's so much to learn! It's amazing to think that the Holy Spirit was so incredibly faithful to lead me to good teachers....on YT! I stumbled a bit, but he straightened me out...thank God for Jesus....Maranatha!!!

@@junea7794, I'm sorry but my son has rejected me as well. Despite my screen name, I'm the mother of a wonderful son who finally stopped rebelling and found Jesus. I couldn't have been happier except he now rejects me, his mother. I had to be mother & father and never missed a ball game or karate tournament and made birthdays and holidays as special and festive as I could and made sure he got enough presents to feel loved but not so many that he was spoiled. How can he be so clear on the Lord and yet turn his back on me saying I was "selfish & uncaring"?? I'll pray for you and Broken Vessel. I'm hearing so so many mothers crying these same tears and I just don't get it. He admits I gave much more than my parents ever gave me but he's stubbornly resentful, neglectful & cold. I don't even know his phone number & my emails go unanswered for ages. The loneliness of not being able to have ant kind of conversation and always getting a short abrupt answer to all my questions which basically is shorthand for saying, "don't bother me anymore."

What possible purpose could God have for bringing billions of people into existence knowing beforehand that they would be rebellious and end up suffering forever?
@jamesjoseph9721
@jamesjoseph9721 2 жыл бұрын
@@caroleevandyk5544, He offers salvation to all for the taking. None of us deserves everlasting life in heaven even if we could possibly atone for our sins. Yet He sent His Loving Son to die in torment for us so that we may be granted freely what we could never earn on our own. If billions throw that away knowing the consequences, it's not God's fault. Would you ever supernaturally force someone to love you? No, of course not, because that love would have no value whatsoever. It wasn't freely given or given because that person saw how special you are and dedicated themself to you. The suffering is self-inflicted.
@caroleevandyk5544
@caroleevandyk5544 2 жыл бұрын
@@jamesjoseph9721 So you think everyone who ever lived actually knew the consequences of not trusting Christ? And you still did not answer my question. God says He “tells the end from the beginning”, so He knew before He created people that they would “choose” to rebel, and yet, you say He STILL chose to have these people come into existence, ONLY to end up suffering FOREVER after a few miserable years of life on this difficult, dangerous, broken earth. THAT is the best plan He could come up with? That is the most moronic, monstrous plan conceivable! Essentially He is creating people, ONLY to suffer forever. Is that really the God of scripture? And do you ever stop to consider WHY it is that you find yourself believing in Christ, when statistically, your chances of being a believer, compared with all of humanity, are minuscule and your chances of being a nonbeliever are FAR greater. So what is so special about you that you “chose” Christ? How come you were so smart to make the “right” choice? Did you control where you were born, what kind of upbringing and exposure to the gospel you had, along with thousands of other factors that influenced you toward trusting Christ? NO YOU DID NOT! How much of your saved status can you take credit for? 10%? 20%? Because you are saying that without YOUR contribution to the salvation process, NO MATTER WHAT CHRIST DID, it’s NOT enough to actually save an individual. So God leaves THE MOST CRITICAL, STUPENDOUS decision completely up to a weak, sinning individual to make, with THE MOST HORRIFIC consequences if the wrong choice is made? Seriously? Is that who your god is? You don’t think God causes and influences any of the factors that lead people to love His Son? And if you say you can take no credit for your saved status, that God accomplished 100% of it through Christ, then if He saved you, why wouldn’t He eventually save everyone. God says He is no respecter of persons, so if He is able to save YOU, He can save all. Think about it.

Exactly, there is no comma in the original Greek text, so you have to figure out where to put it. Putting it before today, makes it contradict Jesus's own words to Mary, not to touch Him as he had NOT yet been to the Father. Plus it would contradict ALL the Old Testament verses about the state of the dead.

Last night during my prayer time, God brought me to these verses in Ezekiel 9:5-10 and I believe He wants me to deliver this message to the Local Churches as a warning especially to Pastors and Elders. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit of God says to the Churches: 5 To the others He said in my hearing, “Go after him through the city and kill; do not let your eye spare, nor have any pity. 6 Utterly slay old and young men, maidens and little children and women; but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary.” So they began with the elders who were before the temple. 7 Then He said to them, “Defile the temple, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!” And they went out and killed in the city. 8 So it was, that while they were killing them, I was left alone; and I fell on my face and cried out, and said, “Ah, Lord God! Will You destroy all the remnant of Israel in pouring out Your fury on Jerusalem?” 9 Then He said to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of bloodshed, and the city full of perversity; for they say, ‘The Lord has forsaken the land, and the Lord does not see!’ 10 And as for Me also, My eye will neither spare, nor will I have pity, but I will recompense their deeds on their own head.” Hallelujah! To God be all the glory, all praises and honor belong to Him alone! Maranatha! Come Jesus, come! We are eagerly waiting for you, King Jesus!

Proverbs 9:10 was the first verse I ever read in the Bible…I was 10 years old and my little best a friend, a regular church goer with her grandparents, gave me an old used bible for my birthday….My family never ever went to church…but, they berated my neighbors for giving me a “used” bible. I was just so awed that I got a bible!! I opened it right to Proverbs 9:10…Why? Only the Lord knows. But I remembered that verse, and, looking at the illustrations and reading the “red print” in that Bible throughout my young life, When I was 18, the Lord caught up with me and claimed me! Praise His name! I am now 66 years old and love Jesus with my whole heart.

@@michelelarson6487 in that quote there is a very important part missing. The scriptures have "if possible" at the end. Matthew 24:24 basically says that even the elect will be deceived, if that were possible. I know that the enemy deceives me from time to time. No one is perfect and everyone sins but that is why we all should stay in His word so we can stand strong when the enemy temps us.

I was deeply touched by this teaching, specifically talking about your daily praying sessions ending with the view of yourself tied to the cross…. I wanted to receive a real preaching long ago, sometimes it seems western churches just focus on nothing but silly conferences about being nice to each other.

Thanks a lot for this session, this was really impactful. I fully agree with you that annihilationism exists mostly due to our emotional bias. When I’m wrestling with this issue, I always go back to the moment when I got saved. There, I had the firmest conviction that I deserved hell. And I had always been a fairly “well-behaved” girl in the eyes of the world. For most people near me, I don’t think they ever thought that I deserved Hell. Similar to how we feel about our relatives. But when you have an encounter with a HOLY God, everything changes!! You realise how terrible you truly are. Far worse that what most people think of you... only we (and God) know our thoughts and intentions! I truly believe that when we see Him face to face, we’ll comprehend how just all His judgements are.

Amen! I think the biggest failure and sin of the Church in the West is to be full of grace, but lack the full weight of the truth of the Scriptures. Jesus was both full of Grace and Truth. It's so sad that it's so hard to find a local church that submits to and boldly proclaims the full weight of scripture. It's impossible to understand the glory of God's grace without understanding the truth of God's holiness and our total depravity.

Joel you say it may be possible that after a billion years that those in hell may be purged and brought out of eternal punishment. I would think that to be impossible on the grounds that when we fall into the hands of the living God we are in the eternal state where there’s no more time. No more billion years to tally up. Ecclesiastes 11:3 …if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be. P.S. I want to thank you,Dalton and the FAI family for a good dose of sound teaching in a time when so many are teaching fables. May the Lord continue to bless and guide you guys

@@caroleevandyk5544 it's for the good people that even comes out of the bad. It's like you have an apple tree that has 5,000 apples but you know only 50 of the apples are going to be good and out of the other 4,950 apples if you plant those seeds later on you get 50 more apples from each one of those trees. A lot of bad people come from a few good and a few good come from a lot of bad. The only reason we're here is God loves the good and willing to sacrifice all this pain and suffering for the good children. We all have the same choice we all had the same amount of time each day.

I can tell you this I repented of anything knowing or not knowing. And I stick very close to Jesus. Am I Holy ?only in Christ. Am I still in the state of overcoming yes. Is eternal torment real yes. God have mercy on us all only in Christ Jesus. 🙏

Thanks for sharing, bro. The Lord gave me a night vision a couple of weeks after I came to faith and He took me out of the Pit- of me from His point of view. All I can say that is what I saw was a totally disgusting filthy, etc etc thing that deserved nothing more than hell. I wailed in repentance before the Lord- and still to this day do not understand the incredibly merciful nature of a God who gave His Son so that someone as disgusting as me (!!) could be saved. Thanks for the testimony. God bless you and your family!

Even as a Christian, there are some actions that can be hard for us to forgive; things that we consider to be the highest acts of violence. Sin is sin, but we tend to put different values on different sins, but you are right Joel; if not for the state we all are in, Jesus would not have had to gone through what He had.. all that pain and death. We have to try to have a world view more like Jesus, one of forgiveness and caring, even when it might be emotionally difficult to do so. I've battled this a lot in my life, but thankfully the Lord has helped me cope and deal with those thoughts and feelings. Thank you for sharing this very important and often avoided message; so many need to hear and understand the truth regarding the wages of sin. The Lord is the only path that doesn't lead to flame; we must trust Him to carry us for it's the only way.

To my brothers and sisters in Christ. Spend less time watching TV and read the holy scriptures instead, for when you do, you feed the Holy Spirit. Crucify your flesh and carry your cross daily. Let us strengthen our faith, longsuffering and patience so that we may endure the coming great tribulation, persecution and all manner of wickedness. This world will give us nothing, but remaining in the Lord and the scriptures will surely keep us focused. If you haven't repented, do so today and let the Lord, Jesus Christ give you a new life and heart. And let us be doers of the word, and not just hearers. Finally, ask yourselves if you are you producing fruit of the spirit, or flesh. I love you. Maran atha. KJV Matthew 16:24 - Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. KJV Galatians 5:16 - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 - For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 - But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 - Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 - Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 - Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 - Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 - And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 - If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
