@CaptainGroovy2008 It`s not an electrical failure. The electric company is doing a serious of short planned blackouts throughout the week. I`m in Tokyo now and as of right now the electricity is up, but it`s going to go out for a few hours later.

@ichirootaniguchi- I Love ALL Asians, but if you want me to be even MORE specific, I'm really into the Japanese and Koreans. And insulting me for no reason doesn't do much.
