Exactly, such a behavior is very disrespectful. If he really wants to keep his business separated from the private life than he shouldn't act so friendly towards Li Man and be more reserved towards her. He's bossy with his wife both in and out of their workplace even shaming and belittling her in front of the coworkers and business partner (a.k.a. his ex). Not good at all.

Honestly I’d also be pissed off if I was her, not only does her husband still see his ex very often but also he be reprimanding her in front of his ex. He doesn’t even give her face as his wife, no sense of security to hold onto and only reprimands the ex once the wife is out of the room. Why does he do that? Does he care more about not humiliating the ex in front of his wife than not humiliating his wife in front of his ex? He’s giving the wrong girl face here and I don’t like it, he’s prioritizing the ex over his wife.

Luli se enfrenta con propiedad y valentía a la intrusa hablándole de tú a tú, sin dejarse, pero él imbécil la manda callar y la recrimina en presencia de su novia humillandola, cuando debió decirle a Liman que lo deje hablar a solas con Luli, pero claro, Luli solo era una empleada más (no su esposa frente a Liman)sin mucho valor para él, la otra era la ejecutiva de la inversora, además de su amada ex novia, su contraparte, en igualdad de status y valía que él, tenía que sacar la cara por ella, no importa si estaba hiriendo los sentimientos de Luli. No tenía ninguna empatía por Luli, pero era muy considerado y protector con Liman, no entiendo cómo alguien puede pensar que amaba a Luli pero no se daba cuenta y que no le importaba Liman. Era tan notoria su preferencia por Liman y su indiferencia por Luli y Liman que lo conocía tan bien percibía esa postura de él hacía ella y pensaba, con toda lógica que para recuperar a Yichen debía alejar a Luli de esa empresa.

No lo puedo justificar, el tiene el mejor ejemplo de cómo tratar a una esposa en su casa. El ve como su padre trata a su mamá, para él su esposa es lo más importante, inclusive más que sus hijos, pero ejercita su aprendizaje con Liman, no con su edposa. Por eso me gustó la reprimenda de su padre después. Le dijo que el escándalo de sus andanzas con Luli son de conocimiento de toda la compañía" y le preguntó; "Así es como se trata a la esposa de uno?" "Si no sabes tratar a tu esposa cómo piensas manejar la empresa?" Y casi le da una paliza que merecida la tenía.
