Does anybody wanna know how the spring locks worked? Well too bad I’m gonna tell you anyways ✨💃 So basically spring locks were a load of springs, thus the name “spring locks”. They were built into a frame which kept the fabric and fiber glass layers from caving in. The spring locks would be wound up when they were needed for their suits. The suits were only needed if an animatronic was in repair, and needed replacement. Otherwise, spring locks would be unwound and instead of your limbs there would be wires, which were removed for the purpose of wearing them. Spring locks are easily triggered by water. When the spirits of the kids were chasing William, you should notice the water dripping from the ceiling. And by the time William was in the suit, fredbears family diner was closed, and the suits have had time to rust, allowing them to be easier the trigger. Why am I telling you this? That’s the thing. I don’t know. Anyways enjoy the rest of your day knowing how spring locks work 😗👍
