Agree. I was big gary fan but he does like a wee moan now and then but he still smiles when his opposition hits a good throw or checkout again thaim and that's why I love about Johnny. Even in the last few weeks he has been off the boil and seen nothing but a smile he just oozes with class. When u think of a player like taylor as great as he was but some of the things he has said and done away from the board have been nothing but disgusting but with jc u wouldn't ever hear him saying anything about a fellow players personal life never mind gamesmanship on the oche. Hope he wins the world championship one day and I'm not a huge fan but how can u not respect a man like that not just his attitude but the way he plays darts really is amazing at times. Imo the best 100+ finisher on the whole tour

Sometimes a player comes along that breaks all the stereotypes, for the better. Johnny Clayton is that guy, so refreshing to see a great player, be a great sport, and a decent human, no matter what happens. So many could learn from watching him. Go Johnny Go 👌🙏👍

I love the Premier League Darts. I look forward to Thursdays just coz of this. Im glad one of my fav players won tonight. Jonny C was on absolute smoke tonight. Also that semi final between Wright and Clayton was pure fire 🔥🔥🔥. Amazing darts on show in that semi.

Oh yeah! The Ferret is back to form! Semi final between him and Wright was a joy to watch. And I think Wade's first 3 darts in the final effectively told us what was bound to happen... he did not stand a ghost of a chance.

Played against Johnny once, in Pontyberem workies club, ok it was doubles and we managed to beat him and his partner. I gave up the game 10 years ago as my consistency was poor and Johnny went on to become one of the best players in the World. Huge Congrats.

Wade played great and never gave MVG a chance. Wade can beat any player in the world at any time. Clayton a bit better on the day but Wade hold your head high. If you stick to the knitting i.e. what you do best you will be in the winners circle. I believe in a world of great players he is worthy.
