Thanks, glad you enjoyed! I think the dev has this character separate from MEtal in terms of story, but Metal does play a separate but large role in Gaiden's story. Hopefully more of that will be able to be showcased once the game comes off of hiatus!

THIS SOUNDS AMAZING! The song feels like a breath of fresh air and old nostalgia all at once, and SO love the idea of new foes who have no connection to Egghead in any way. Feels like this guy may not look so hot when Sonic can prance around him but miss an input and you are going to be blasted to bits!

Nicely paced, and has a interesting use of different Genesis sound effects, the biggest one i can hear is Mecha Sonic's beeping from Sonic the hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, its well placed in the track and once again it turned out to be a bop!

Oooh, from the very start, this gives me a VERY high-energy vibe, like the Heavy Gunner fight but it's a constant dodge-fest, only barely letting you sneak in strikes between storms of bullets, bombs, flames and plasma. You don't know what the HELL this thing is, but this song tells you one thing; It's got you trapped like a rabbit in a burrow. Show it what happens when you have a rabbit to a wall!

Glad you noticed it! I wish I had some kind of fancy way of saying it was hard to work it in but, in all honesty, it was just lining the sound effect up with the beats I wanted it on and copy/pasting it, basically. Still love that sound effect and was glad I could work it into this tune- I always love adding some sound design elements into my music when I can. Thank you very much for listening!

Just on hiatus at the moment. The dev is seeking to learn some programming to be able to do more than just make it a Mania mod.
