If you only need a few or maybe even 50 it can be done easy by hand. I was watching the Cherry Hill Farms wreath video near the end the farmer guy picked up a roll of ribbon. I'm thinking what's he gonna do with that? Without even the little wood device with the dial rods he in no time did the job that a hobby florist may have played with forever.
