No flashing, no weather sealing at windows and doors. It is a fine example of making do but falls behind in common western weatherproofing. This is not a criticism but it is a fact nonetheless so don’t bother sending scathing comments. He did fine work with what he had.

I have to admit I was questioning weatherproofing when I saw the gaps in the walls upstairs where you could see daylight through them. Maybe they have a more temperate climate and don't have to worry about lots of rain like we in the UK have to lol
