His injury looks very very bad. Knee cap n head. Camera man ,why was Thanh not taken to a hospital instead of a "nurse" putting some bandage to the injuries. How is he going to cope with movement? Without going to the forest daily, he has no food. Don't expect the old lady to come n nurse him. Have some pity for the poor boy whom you have been filming his daily life. I am sure you have received money for it. Spent it to help Thanh recover quickly pls.
