Kung Fu Panda was just pure growth for the character as a whole & was absolute peak. Honestly, KFP3 felt like the perfect ending to a franchise. Each villain stronger & more conniving or twisted than the last. An amazing story about a panda searching & finding who he is. The fourth movie really just took all that & threw it out the window 💀

Justin character development and backstories made genuinely. No sense random curry fox talks about chameleon, no one has heard of let criminal escape multiple times fox person immediately hated by armadillo for who knows why because character development is clearly hated in the fourth movie we learn chameleon uses magic and we never get a explanation to that either. Besides, they were too short (which completely goes against mantis existing)

I think Kung Fu panda is the first ever film I have ever watched in theaters. Even though I was born in 2008, I distinctly remember watching it, in theaters, at 2 months old. At least I like to think that cuz otherwise I might've mistaken the 1st with the 2nd. Yeah, the animation was good. It's one of the modern movies. Meanwhile, the past three were all from 2016 or before and animation has changed. The character development wise was absolutely garbage besides Po they made horrible reasons for the furious 5 to not be there zhens entire character doesn't make sense and same can be said for the chameleon and those are the two main plot points and characters of the new movie
