I'm not sure about Laz or Chace but Antony definitely knows the other reasons why Homelander is such a good character. Pretty sure there's tons of interviews of him talking about the depth of the character and how the writers do a good job letting the audience know why Homelander is the way he is and the things he does. Plus his performance is S-Tier so of course he will know the character well because he was born to play him
