I never really comment on videos but I've been watching your channel for a long time now. Watching this video in particular just makes me want to tell you that I truly believe that I am a better mom after watching your videos! The way you and Joel raise your children and the way your family talks about you is just so special. Your kids are so happy, respectful and just so sweet and kind! The section of this video where your mom talked about your surgery vlog and was so tender expressing her love for you... just wow. I couldn't stop the tears from rolling. What an amazing gift to have a mom who so freely expresses her love for you and how important you are to her! I honestly can't get over how sweet your whole family is. I have to be honest and say it makes me wistful... my own family is very broken, and I wish all the time things could be different. I think that's part of why I love watching sweet families like yours on KZbin. I smiled when your mom mentioned you asking Joel if he was "okay" while you were in surgery. I noticed that, too - and thought it was just the sweetest thing and so much like "you" to worry about him while you were away. I just love you, Bonnie... Oh my gosh tears are a flowing 😭 I loved grandma vlogging. The message she recorded for Bonnie really got me emotional. Then her showing us the photos of Bonnie having knee surgery! I didn't realise she had those surgeries when she was younger. Now it all makes sense why she was confused when she came round from anaesthetic from the tonsillectomy ..thank you so much for sharing these moments with us. I have no idea why but this vlog made me so emotional, my goodness! Seeing the boys spend precious time with their grandparents melted my heart. I sadly never met mine, the only living grandparent I had was my fathers dad - but I only saw him here & there as he lived so far away. I 'adopted' a grandma, & called her grandma - she was 'blood' to me as I treated her (& she treated me) just like family. She was an elderly lady my mother cared for when my mother worked with the elderly. It made me miss her, & realise how much I love her - but how I also missed out on a really close 2 parent / 2 set grandparent relationship. However, I was truly blessed to meet MY grandma
