You may not be able to completely cure those anxieties, but even reducing them like 10% (and/or having strategies to cope with them when they arise) frees up an absolute fuck ton of space in your brain and another absolute fuck ton of time in your day-to-day existence. Other meds or conditions also require monthly bloodwork. PrEP usually entails STD (including HIV) testing so that could be why he gets bloodwork done, but it could also be because of hormonal medications.

I used to work at a Hobby shop, and supergluing cuts was absolutely the norm there. Superglue dries almost instantaneously on human skin so it's just about the quickest way to seal up cuts (even faster if you use zip-kicker). Granted, most of our injuries there were from Razor Blades/Xacto Knifes, which are very narrow cuts. If I had been inflicted with a gaping wound/puncture I'd probably have gone to the hospital
