Everytime I think of Kripke, I think of the scene where the fake Kripke gets killed by an angle, in the Supernatural episode, "The French Mistake". Where Sam and Dean cross over into the real world to parody themselves. Kripke is one of those guys that like to interject meta and poke fun of himself.

Kind of funny to hear their favorite animation. Karen Fukuhara recently did She Ra on Netflix voice acting the role of Glimmer, one of the major characters in that show. The irony is she talks a lot in She Ra, and does not talk at all on The Boys. So the two roles are nearly the exact opposite of each other in this and in many other matters.

I’m so glad I waited to watch this until I had lots of time to myself. The Word that best describes the emotion I am feeling overall after this post is,”SQUEE.” Feeling so much of it. Dying to hear that duet between Starlite and Huey! Dyyyyyying to. I love that Tarantino fooled Erin... he made a 70s classic in 1997! That’s how period-correct that man gets. (You should’ve seen my neighborhood a couple of years ago when he Time-Machined it back to 1969 for “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood”! ) - also I think Hughey would appreciate all the soft rock of the 70s like Andrew Gold, James Taylor, America, Gordon lightfoot... 📻 finally, Erin and Karen on screen together are 💯 percent win. Not only do I support a spin off show but even casting them together in something completely unrelated and dramatic would have so much chemistry. Thank you, Karen and team for this post.
