This reminds me of when my brother and I were younger and we would make countless laps around our parents house or in some field or something. Too much fun!

You can tell your 9 year old is more confident and takes more risks. Luckily now there is another sled in between that size and full size. Personally I would go Evo RMK or Indy because a kit makes them a full size sled and its overall much better price then the other 2 options and comes with a bumper and a extra cylinder making it sound like a real sled. Keep in mind tho. Even a Evo with the speed limiter in place will run circles around the other 2 sleds with the extra cylinder and +150cc displacement. Depending on the age you upgrade them you may not want that kind of power for them. Where as my friend has a 13 year old with a Blast(Venom, same thing) that holds it to the bar 100% of the time and wishes there was more headroom.

So I bought the blast for my oldest boy. He is now 11 and loves the blast. Too bad the snow sucks this year and we have only been able to get out twice so far. We need some freaking snow soon. The blast is a little heavier than I was hoping and still a little under powered for the elevation we ride. But it will be a good step between the freestyle and a 600 or 800. Not sure what the next sled will be. It might be my 14 PRO I still have but who knows. We will see how the next couple years goes. He is his first day on the blast though. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqO2gJhpZ7WKjMk

How fast do the sno scoots go
@yamadoo04snow6 жыл бұрын
My best guess depending on conditions 20-30 mph. If its packed down good they will go 30 on flat ground. 20-25 slight up hill on packed snow. downhill could hit 35+

I'm sorry but the old 80s ones were more fun they pulled the skis and where really light weight good power band and have around the same top speed

Ya probably but still the best thing out there that is new right now. I hate wrenching on 40 year old sleds.

them boys need MORE POWER

Yes they do. I just got my oldest boy a freestyle 300 this year so hopefully that will satisfy his needs this year. I just wish the sled wasn't so heavy as he is still only 70 lbs.

@@therealakalaska9485 Oh they will be soon. I take them up a lot but still have to stick to the easy meadows and smaller hills. But they have been down a few hills that even older riders get a little puckered up on.
