The baby in the hospital had blue laserbeams, Homelander has red laserbeams.

Both Antony Starr (Homelander) and Butcher (Karl Urban) are New Zealand actors. That line where Homelander says he likes Butcher's accent is pure gold. There are infused babies everywhere. Every major hospital has a 'Vaught' wing. The 'beam baby' Butcher used has nothing to do with Homelander.

This guy spends every single reaction asking about a thousand questions... while talking over the dialogue that would actually answer some of them. It's actually kind of shocking how much he misses while incessantly talking about the lighting.

That thumbnail. 😳😎 The baby in the hospital had blue lasers. Homelander has red beams. Soooo, if I write more, I might spoil what’s coming in S2.

There is nothing that suggests about Homelander being father of this kid, so far I know.

@@mowgli6345 sry... I was sure it does. I don't know why. Btw, name is German: "Vogel" is "bird" (read as "Fogel"), and "Baum" is "tree"...

@@sabkobds It is revealed in season 2. No spoilers but it's literally a scientists last name. Not Vogelbaum, but someone else.

Haley Joel Osment's performance in this episode gave me a sort of 'sinking' feeling.

The scene where starlight gets shot could have been acted and shot in a better way

Homelander is named John, because his name is John Doe. Season 1 is pretty good, unfortunately the show and especially key characters dropped a lot in S2 and the quality isnt there anymore, as for some reason they thought putting in real life references to modern politics is a great way to go.
