Lud GOOD FOR YOU for getting those degrees, sincerely. I found it weird that no one acknowledged that and were poking fun. It can be very difficult and expensive to further your education in the US. He should be proud of that 👍 Update because of replies: so look I do NOT know everything about Ludwig, I find most LA KZbinrs extremely annoying so I only see him when he’s with our gang in Japan. He mentioned having two degrees and I was just like that’s really cool bro. I’m really empathic and just noticed he seems to take pride in anything he’s actually done that not vapid KZbin stuff. It’s easy to joke around and call him stupid all the time, so I just thought maybe that’s something that makes him feel more serious and accomplished. It truly is difficult to get secondary education in America, regardless of where you’re from so idk it’s just one of those FEW things that I’m like yeah, even if he does bring it up a lot, it must make him feel good so hell yeah I’m proud of him. Just good vibes that’s all. Definitely not trying to police how they bust each others balls, that’s definitely the funniest part of most of it lol

They're all very close friends and have talked about it plenty of times before. They all know the others are joking. Being able to make fun of each other is a trait all good friend groups have.
@lp_grumpy
@lp_grumpy Ай бұрын
@KOFNY You do realise that just because being able to make fun of eachother is a good trait to have in friend groups, that doesn't mean that people can't go too far and that they should never be mindful of the shit they say to their friends. Even Connor realised he was saying some vile stuff to Lud there and quickly shut himself tf up when he essentially started saying "I would love to see Ludwig have to struggle" like it was some comedy routine.
@KOFNY
@KOFNY Ай бұрын
@@lp_grumpy Yes, but they were drinking, having fun, and all making fun of each other. They're all emotionally intelligent enough to know each other's boundaries. One thing that's certain is that they know each other way better than any of the viewers know them. If Lud has a problem, he'll say something to them afterwards. They're all adults and good people, and making fun of each other is what they do in 90% of their time together. As content creators, they all have thick skin. Lud did sound a bit sad when he was saying that he got two degrees and that he was a model student, so yeah I felt that too. But all I'm trying to say is that the hard truth is we don't know them well enough to say that they were going too far. Especially when they're saying it all while they're tipsy.

I worked at mcdonald's 2 years ago. I think connor is misrembering. the egg in an eggmcmuffin is a real freshly cracked egg poured into a mold. he's conflating it with folded egg

@@ukmaxi are you sure it was the whole uk? I never worked at specifically McDonald’s but at other chains the roll-out of changes (specifically one’s that were mainly for PR as the “squeezable egg” isn’t inherently any worse than a “fresh” one) tended to go state-to-state/region-to-region sometimes even individual franchisees were late to the uptake. It’s possible but I just don’t see a reason to make that up and you would know, you don’t really randomly forget that kind of thing for no reason *(with that much mundane confidence atleast)

Connor is oddly talking BS when it comes to the breakfast Eggs in McDonald's. I worked there 14 years ago (in the UK) and they were fresh free range eggs (as advertised). I am going to assume he is referring to the Scrambled Egg, which was a pre-mixed/whisked Egg liquid with milk, in what was essentially a milk carton. This would then be poured into a square mould, with the free range eggs cracked open into a circular one. As for squeezy bottle mentioned, he must be thinking of the melted butter, which was often put in a ketchup-style transparent bottle (this is squeezed onto the English muffins). I had to comment, because that was woefully incorrect.

Calling the woman a "misandrist", because she was nice to other women and not as nice to the 24 year old men who bragged about being pedophiles on the job and the one 16yo kid who didn't talk to anyone might the most accurate example of how men don't have a single clue about what sexism actually looks like. I just couldn't help but laugh as he explained why he called her a misandrist. (making this kind of comment in a comment section i know is filled with a bunch of manosphere mofos probably wasn't a good idea, but I hope that anyone who actually has any semblance of understanding on what I'm talking about can have a good laugh at the ridiculous replies)

what does Connor's story have anything to do with "pedophiles". As a manager, it is your duty to treat everyone fairly without bias. irrespective of gender, there are some truly awful managers out there who have an ego trip, especially in fast-food chains. That manager literally scolded a 17-year-old teenager for deciding to leave McDonald's in front of everyone, that is an awful thing to do to someone and is completely inappropriate. How the fuck does his story have anything to do with Sexism lmao, you need help.

calling about double standard you tried to call out connor for the misuse word of misandrist yet you completely describe it by using connor story and not only that but you completely twisted the story by bringing up pdf without any contextual proof, then you not only accurately describe sexism but you also describe yourself as a sexism too by calling out all male with quote "the most accurate example of how men don't have a single clue" thank you very much for your stupidity!!🙄

@arman_llc624 did we literally not watch the same video or did YOU just miss most of it? He introduces the story saying his manager was a misandrist. The whole time people are asking him to explain what he meant by that. He says the other guys he worked with would constantly brag about dating 16yo's as fully grown men. My only point was that his explanation for saying his manager is a "misandrist" is ridiculous. Because it's literally him just saying "she was nicer to women, they didn't work in the kitchen", as if her not talking or being extremely friendly with men who brag about stuff like that and talk in that way is somehow strange. And her not talking and being friendly to Connor, who himself said he didn't want to talk to anyone and wouldn't isn't weird. Its simply a ridiculous conclusions to reach and it shows a lack of understanding for what workplace sexism actually looks like. I didn't bring up her yelling at him at all, you did, that had nothing to do with what i said.
