It reminds me of taskmaster uk. It's a show hosted by two comedians, Greg Davis and Alex Horne. Greg is 2.03m, Alex is 1.88m, so while Alex is tall, he's short compared to Greg and Alex's nickname is "Little Alex Horne", and apparently his kids have started calling him that.
