That's a weird combination of old and new meta towers, but neither of them can be placed on water, which was my main focus. They can be used to good effect, though I don't know about their synergy with each other. That being said, Permaspike usually falls out of favor when the map has multiple exits, especially if they're entrances, so it's at its strongest in the easier expert maps such as Workshop or Dark Castle, and any other single exit map below that as well but...

I mean, technically speaking, you could just beat every easy mode map with just pirates, and if there’s not enough water, just put down a pool. It covers camo and lead, and the branching upgrade paths pretty much cover every basic damage type (rapid fire and cluster damage) so most every bloon type is covered. Literally not a bad play, would recommend if you’re truly a mad lad.
