Hi there! We create some videos in collaboration with our clients. Sometimes they are for internal use only, so we are not always allowed to publish them. But we'll try and publish more in the future! 😀

What a genuine load of nonsense happen. Zero accidents/mistakes not possible. People are not infallible.

Hi there! Thanks for your comment. Of course people are not infallible, and every model (like the Bradley Curve) has flaws. However, with the right values from the top, authentic leadership and collaboration culture, our experience is that zero is absolutely possible! It's also about a culture where an error is seen as a chance to learn and grow. Let us know how you would go to interdependent culture without being convinced that every accident is preventable. How do you explain to a colleague that "accidents happen" and he might be the next one to be injured? How can we say: "We accept to have xxx accidents in our company this year..." Wouldn't it be better to all collaborate to minimize risk, with zero accidents as a vision, and at the same time knowing that no one is perfect and we need to learn from errors?

@@ibsconsultinggroup I would say that the goal is zero makes sense. It means that you will keep improving for ever because by essence this is an asymptotic goal...and the only way to have zero accident is not to produce.

@@deliaetfredericpailler7287 When you start in the new company, how long it takes to turn a blind eye only by certain tasks which might raised your eyebrows at the start of your employment and by one year anniversary it might be a white noise affect where it's part of the program.
