Someone please stop me if I'm overthinking this, but Mithila and Dhruvs stance completely changes @12:43 Maybe the conversation went somewhere else and it was just an emotional moment, because you can see Mithila wipe her eyes, and Dhruv and Kaneez like very concerned friends look onto her and the ambience is solemn. I might just be overthinking. Maybe it's the edit. But here's the deal, if it really was what I am assuming it is. I love that they edited it out. That her private moment was hers and not shared, in accordance to her wishes and it just says so much about Netflix India as a platform, The hostess and the makers of the Brand New show and even Dhruv to have directed the conversation elsewhere.
