Tamar didnt have blood clots in her vocal chords that impossible they barely have blood supply. She was recovering from having her rib taken out hence why she was able to belt. Her voice is there in all its entirety but a voice with no support and air is just nothing

Tadiwa N I’m a nurse and you can absolutely have blood clots in or on your vocal chords. Clots can form anywhere there’s a blood flow including the larynx or trachea where the chords are located.
